Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for make to order creations. Most items are sent within 2-3 days however, if the piece is more intricate, then a longer wait time is expected. Your patience is greatly appreciated while we design this one-of-a-kind work of art for you. Good things come to those who wait!

If you need any item sooner please email us as we can often accommodate you with a $50 expediting shipping fee.

Once the item has been shipped, we regretfully cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We take great care in packaging and ensuring the item's safety, but once it's out of our hands, it's beyond our control. We recommend considering shipping insurance for added protection.
